Some months ago Mr. Horbach of KDH-Datentechnik persuaded Epic Interactive to convert Software Tycoon to the Amiga in the hope that, “the game might ease the waiting time for new hardware products”. This task has been completed with gamers now able to pick up the game from their local Amiga dealer.
Software Tycoon is an unusual simulation game for it gives gamers the opportunity to run their own computer game company. You have total control, from creating the original concept, through hiring staff and packaging design, to the development of massive marketing campaigns. Not only will you have to cope with challenges of new technologies but also keep an eye on the competition, as your opponents will stop at nothing to ruin your business.
Software Tycoon requires an Amiga with an 060/50 processor or alternatively a PowerPC board, a 4 MB GFX board and 32 MB Ram.
