Paul Burkey has revealed that a bug in Update 4 caused the game to corrupt some data files and so has recommended that gamers reinstall the game or re-copy the contents of 'data/voices' from your CD to your Hard Drive.
A new update has also been released for Simon The Sorcerer II, Update 5 that fixes some sound problems that gamers have experienced.
