Steffen Haeuser of Hyperion Entertainment revealed last week that Quake 2, a 3D shooter was on show at a local computer party in Germany. According to Steffen, “people were very impressed” with Quake 2 matches played between an Amiga with the Hyperion port and several PCs. Some bugs are still being dealt with but Quake 2 should out soon.
ClickBOOM are seeking an experienced Amiga ASM programmer to help with the conversion of Z to the Amiga. Z is a strategy game originally developed by famous Amiga developers the Bitmap Brothers.
