Public demonstrations of AmigaOS 4.1 for SAM440 systems are planned to take place over the next few months. Both die-hard Amiga users and computer enthusiasts in general will have an opportunity to see the complete package at these events.
UK Usergroup, Amiga North Thames have announced a "Meet Sam with OS4.1" Day which will offer the chance to see and try out the latest Amiga Computer, the SAM 440EP, before having the option to purchase it later at the MAG Bash. This one-day event is planned for the 12th of October.
The Italian manufacturer ACube Systems and Swiss distributor RELEC will present AmigaOS 4.1 for SAM440 systems to the French-speaking public at the Colmar Multimedia Expo. As one of the most important IT meetings in the north-east of France with an expected 10,000 visitors it should be right place for an Amiga presentation. The Expo takes place between the 24th and 26th of October.
Sponsored by AmigaKit, the MAG Bash event is hoping to draw users from across the UK to see the latest Amiga developments. There will be loads of hardware for sale including SAM 440ep and AmigaOS 4.1, and an opportunity to see Deneb, Indivision, Mediator TX, and Minimig. The date has been set for the 1st of November.
