The Moonstone Tavern is the only site on the Internet dedicated to the 1991 Amiga and PC classic and pioneer of gore in videogames that is Moonstone: A Hard Days Knight. Rob Taylor the man responsible for the website states “So put your feet up and reminisce with me as I take you for a wander through Rob Anderson's magnificent and gore-laden world of knights, monsters and derring-do”.
There are a number of reasons why I recommend a visit to the Moonstone Tavern - the game itself is one of my personal favourites, Moonstone reminds us that with a little creativity and originality some titles like this one will never be forgotten, and lastly Rob Taylor really captures the essence of the Moonstone experience.
