The AmiWest show planned for next month at the Holiday Inn Northeast in Sacramento, California is shaping up to be an exciting event for Amiga users in North America.
Show organisers, the Sacramento Amiga Computer Club have just confirmed that Ben Hermans, Managing Partner of Hyperion Entertainment will demonstrate and talk about AmigaOS 4. Bill McEwen, CEO of Amiga is also expected to attend and talk about the latest developments, Bill Panagouleas of DiscreetFX will be giving a seminar to update everyone of the status of the AmiZilla project, and Jeri Ellsworth will be showing the production version of the C= One.
Exhibitors for this year's show include Extreme Corporation who will provide a Limousine service from Sacramento International Airport directly to AmiWest, Mr. Hardware Computers who will have AmigaOne G3XE & G4XE motherboards and systems for sale, and Grasshopper LLC responsible for creating Pagestream DTP software. Other companies in attendance are Computer Connection, Nova Design, and Individual Computers.
