The development team behind well-known Amiga browser AWeb have made two important announcements on their website.
The most important announcement is that a native version of AWeb 3.5 APL Lite for AmigaOS 4 has been updated and is now available to download. It includes proper SSL support and several bugs have been eliminated.
The developers also revealed that the Amiga conversion of KHTML, an open source HTML engine has finally started. If this new project is completed, it will drastically improve the capabilities of AWeb. However, there are many tasks to complete and so the team require the support of talented users.
