For a number of months Amiga dealers and user-groups have been involved in organising the AmigaOS 4 on Tour at which the new Amiga platform has been demonstrated to eager Amiga fans. The tour, which had been restricted to Europe and America has now spread to other parts, as it has been officially confirmed that the tour is coming to Australia with events planned for Sydney, Brisbane, and Canberra.
Australian users will for the first time see AmigaOS 4, which will be demonstrated by registered beta-testers and developers on the AmigaOne. Those people who attend these events are in for a treat as they will be the first to see the new AmigaOne Lite ITX motherboard, courtesy of Eyetech and AnythingAmiga.
The first Australian event in the AmigaOS 4 on Tour will take place on the 11th of October at the University of Technology in Sydney. On the 18th of October the tour will be at the Queensland University of Brisbane, while a week later an event will take place at the Canberra Irish Club.
