Alpha Software has made an attempt to strike a deal with the publishers of Resident Evil, which would allow Alpha Software to convert the title to the Amiga.
Resident Evil has become a major game on numerous platforms winning thousands of adoring fans due to its action-packed gameplay. Resident Evil would be welcome by Amiga gamers if negotiations do turn out to be a success, although it is reported that negotiations have been slow.
Alpha Software has also confirmed their support for the new Amiga system, with Gareth Murfin, stating, “Alpha Software will be buying the Amiga Software Development Kit and producing software for the new AmigaOS”.
