Amiga Forever 2008 Released

The 2008 instalment in the Amiga Forever series has finally been released with the popular emulation package “rewritten from scratch to redefine itself and the perception of emulation and retrogaming in general”.

The new features include a intuitive player interface for easy selection and playback of games and other content, and player makes it possible to double-click or drag-and-drop downloaded disk images (e.g. ADF, ADZ, IPF, etc.) to play them, using heuristic content analysis to preset a suitable Amiga hardware configuration. With it at times troublesome finding the right configuration to run Amiga games through emulation these latest additions should make it far easier. The new Amiga Forever player also has built-in support for dual screens and multiple emulation sessions, with it possible to save the emulation state.

Please remember that those users who purchased earlier editions in the Amiga Forever series can easily upgrade to the latest edition for a reduced fee.
